The Chesterfield Commerce Park is a 90-acre park that is ready for development.  Lots 1-4 are pre-permitted for immediate construction including up to 40,000 square foot facilties. Two or more lots may be combined for larger buildings.  Municipal water is supplied by the Town of Chesterfield while the municipal sewer is supplied by the Village of Keeseville.  Services are on-site.  New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) has 3-phase electric service on-site.  Cable, high speed internet access, and broadband are available at the park. The business is located 3 miles off of Interstate-87, 17 miles to rail access, 30 miles to Burlington Int. The Willsboro Commerce Park is located on Route 22 overlooking Lake Champlain.  This park is currently under design.  The park is 110 acres is open field with lightly wooded areas alond the Canadian-Pacific Rail line.  Future development may include rail access, municipal water and sewer.  The park is located 10 miles from Interstate-87, 5 miles to rail access, 50 miles to Burlington International Airport via Ferry, 90 miles to Montreal International Airport.
