Essex County IDA Board of Directors Special Meeting, April 9, 2020 at 10:00AM

The purpose of this special Essex County IDA board meeting is to discuss, and review loan applications received for the emergency COVID-19 program and any and all other business to come before the board. Because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency and state and federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s executive order 220.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the open meetings law, the Essex County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), the special board meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 10:00AM will be held electronically via conference call instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.  Members of the public may call into the meeting by calling 1-800-201-2375 code 426499.  Board meeting minutes when transcribed will be posted to the IDA website.
