Communities: Ticonderoga
Expanded Facts

Ticonderoga is a town in Essex County, located at the northeast part of New York. The air is pure and the seasons are beautiful in the heart of the Adirondacks. Ticonderoga is a safe and secure community, and is a wonderful place to raise a family and operate a business. This town is headed into the future with positive plans for business growth. Ticonderoga is the home of history, atmosphere, and business success.  The Town of Ticonderoga is currently promoting downtown revitalization as well as development at the intersection of Route 9N & 74.  Businesses currently located at the intersection include McDonalds, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Super 8 Motel and Glens Falls National Bank.

Ticonderoga also is home to the Ticonderoga Commerce Park, a 15-acre park located 18 miles from Interstate 87 and 0.5 miles from Route 9.  The park houses Dockside Landing, National Grid and most recently, the IDA sold Lot #3 to Adirondack Waste Management of Ticonderoga who plans to construct a new service facility.
