Ticonderoga
is a town in Essex County, located at the northeast part of
New York. The air is pure and the seasons are beautiful in the
heart of the Adirondacks. Ticonderoga is a safe and secure community,
and is a wonderful place to raise a family and operate a business.
This town is headed into the future with positive plans for
business growth. Ticonderoga is the home of history, atmosphere,
and business success. The Town of Ticonderoga is currently
promoting downtown revitalization as well as development at
the intersection of Route 9N & 74. Businesses currently
located at the intersection include McDonalds, Subway, Dunkin
Donuts, Super 8 Motel and Glens Falls National Bank.

Ticonderoga
also is home to the Ticonderoga Commerce Park, a 15-acre park
located 18 miles from Interstate 87 and 0.5 miles from Route
9. The park houses Dockside Landing, National Grid and
most recently, the IDA sold Lot #3 to Adirondack Waste Management
of Ticonderoga who plans to construct a new service facility.
